As from 23rd November 2016 all Landlords in Wales must register their property as It is necessary for you to set up an account with Rent Smart Wales. Unfortunately we cannot do this for you as the account is uniquely linked to your e-mail address.

As the legislation and the means by which it is to be implemented has become clearer Pma lettings have been working to ensure that we can meet the requirements ourselves, and help our Landlords to stay within the law.
Please note that PMA Lettings are legally required to report to Rent Smart Wales any unregistered client landlord who has not complied with their legal obligation within 12 weeks of appointment.

Contract Holder Selection
Our aim is to let your property for the highest price quickly and efficiently. We have a continually maintained up-to-date list of applicants searching for rental accommodation. Being a landlord can be difficult and we will remove the worry and stress by providing a good professional working relationship with our experience ensuring that we continue to develop relationships with the contract holders and maximise rental potential.
Our procedure is all contract holders are fully referenced in detail to determine if they are able to fulfil their obligations. On qualifying prospective contract holders our priority is to ensure that we provide applicants for your property.
After undertaking an initial interview, the potential contract holders undergo a credit check and references are obtained along with credit history and the stability of income.
Contract Holders Deposit
From the 6th of April 2007 all new contract holders deposits must be sent to a government authorised scheme. This applies to all Assured Shorthold contract agreements. We arrange for property deposits to be held by the Agency and secured by TDS (My Deposit) and on expiry of term will only be released with both the landlords and contract holders. www.mydeposits.co.uk (opens a new window)
